At a glance
A service page should explain who the offer suits, what it covers and how a project starts. Technical buzzwords alone do not provide that information.

Approach and context
Begin with the customer’s task, then describe the scope. Distinguish included work, optional additions and prerequisites. If prices or response times are given, explain their conditions. Link to specific supporting guides rather than repeating the same general offer across many similarly named pages.
Implementation checklist
- State the situation, audience and expected outcome of the service.
- Explain the scope, boundaries and necessary customer contribution.
- Provide a clear next step with a realistic enquiry process.
Illustrative example
A form-review service clarifies whether it checks only visible usability or also actual message receipt. The customer can then compare the offer with the problem they need resolved.
A common pitfall
Listing every possible capability blurs the purpose of an individual service page.
How to check the outcome
Prospective clients can judge whether the service fits and what information an enquiry requires.
