At a glance
A contact page connects visitors with your team. Different enquiries may require different routes, but the options should remain easy to understand.

Approach and context
Distinguish new projects, questions about existing work and urgent faults where relevant. List only channels that are actually monitored. Explain which information helps the team respond. Promised response times must fit the real organisation. A phone number or chat window is useful only when expectations about availability and responsibility are clear.
Implementation checklist
- Match common enquiry types to the responsible recipient.
- State the purpose and any staffed hours of each channel.
- Test the complete route through to receipt by the correct team.
Illustrative example
An existing customer with an incident may have an agreed support channel. A prospective customer begins through a short project-enquiry form instead.
A common pitfall
Passwords and unnecessary confidential material do not belong in a general first enquiry.
How to check the outcome
Senders can choose an understandable route and the team receives enough information to identify the task.
