WordPress maintenance plans from €49/month
Your website needs regular care, even when you have other priorities. Our WordPress maintenance plans start at €49 per month excluding VAT and combine technical care with small design and content changes. Plans are available for private website owners, freelancers, businesses, associations and organisations.
What is included in WordPress maintenance?
We tailor the scope to your website and the support you need. Before work begins, we agree on recurring tasks and the allowance for small changes.
- Website backups: copies of both files and the database. These need to be considered together when planning a complete recovery.
- Plugin and theme updates: review available updates, carry out agreed changes and check the affected functions.
- Small content changes: update text, replace images, correct contact details or change opening hours.
- Small design adjustments: refine spacing, colours or existing page elements within the agreed scope.
- Coordinated support: collect questions and requests, set priorities and agree on the next steps.
Monthly or quarterly website care
Monthly maintenance suits websites with regular content changes or functions such as forms that matter to day-to-day operations. Scheduled reviews help prevent routine updates and small improvements from being forgotten.
Quarterly maintenance may suit smaller websites that change less often. However, a quarterly schedule is not a reason to leave urgent security updates pending for three months. We separately agree how critical alerts and work outside scheduled appointments will be handled.
Backup frequency, retention and maintenance appointments are agreed according to how the site is used. A frequently updated website may need backups more often than its scheduled maintenance visits.
Flexible plans from €49 per month, excluding VAT
The starting price is €49 net per month, plus VAT. Your quote depends on the size and condition of the site, installed extensions, maintenance schedule and requested changes. Quarterly care is quoted individually.
We confirm the included tasks, the time allowance for small changes and how additional work is approved. Hosting, paid licences, major new features and cleanup of an already compromised website are discussed separately where needed. Plans do not imply unlimited changes or a fixed response-time guarantee.
How we start working together
- Tell us about your site: send its address and your main requirements.
- Review the starting point: we discuss the themes, plugins, existing backups and known issues.
- Agree on the plan: confirm scope, frequency, costs and a contact person.
- Carry out maintenance: follow the agreed backup and update process and check affected functions afterwards.
- Plan improvements: prioritise small requests and discuss larger projects separately.
WordPress maintenance questions
Can you maintain a website built by another agency?
Yes, subject to reviewing the existing installation. We first check whether any initial technical work is needed so that ongoing effort can be estimated realistically.
What counts as a small change?
A limited adjustment to existing content or design, such as replacing an image or changing a text block. A booking system or a complete redesign is a separate project. The quote defines the included work.
Does maintenance guarantee that a site cannot fail or be hacked?
No. Regular care can reduce risk and help recovery, but cannot eliminate outages or security incidents. Backups, checks and an agreed response process complement each other.
How do I request a plan?
Tell us your website address, preferred schedule and typical change requests. Do not send passwords through the contact form; any access needed will be arranged later.

Organising backups and maintenance clearly
Before starting, we agree where backups are stored, how long they remain available and who can access them when needed. An agreed restoration test helps establish whether the files and database are usable. Backup frequency and retention are set separately from the monthly or quarterly maintenance appointment.
We also discuss documentation: which updates were completed, which functions were checked and which issues remain open. This gives you a clear basis for prioritising further work.
When a separate project is needed
A compromised website first needs cleanup and recovery. For persistent loading problems we offer speed optimization, and we support WordPress migrations when changing providers. These projects are scoped separately before ongoing maintenance continues.
